Trajital is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales and client acquisition in the US and UK markets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in international sales, lead generation, outreach, and closing deals through online platforms. Key Requirements: - 1.5–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a marketing/advertising agency - Experience working with US/UK markets - Strong expertise in Upwork, LinkedIn outreach, cold outreach, and inbound lead conversion strategies - Experience with data scraping and lead generation tools - Ability to achieve sales targets and close international clients - Excellent spoken and written English Key Responsibilities: - Generate and qualify leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, social media, and campaigns - Conduct cold outreach and follow-ups to convert leads into clients - Close deals and maintain client relationships to achieve revenue targets - Implement international sales strategies and expand Trajital’s global presence If you’re passionate about international sales and business growth, we’d love to hear from you.
