Efficiency Square Solution is expanding rapidly and we’re looking for a skilled Business Development Manager who can help us acquire new clients from the USA, UK, and Europe. The ideal candidate understands B2B sales, confidently handles international clients, and knows how to convert leads into long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and reach out to potential international clients across multiple industries.
• Conduct discovery calls, pitch our services, and close new client deals.
• Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, meetings, proposals, negotiation, and onboarding.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers (CEOs, franchise owners, directors).
• Understand client pain points and recommend appropriate ESS services.
• Maintain accurate reporting of leads and progress.
What We’re Looking For
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience in B2B sales, outsourcing, agency, SaaS, or service-based companies.
• Confident in pitching over Zoom/Google Meet.
• Strong understanding of lead generation and sales closing.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined.
