Autogenics is on the lookout for a motivated and visionary Business Development Manager to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team in Lahore. This full-time role is ideal for someone with a passion for building lasting client relationships, exploring new market segments, and translating opportunities into sustainable revenue growth.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business prospects, developing customized proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong professional relationships with potential and existing clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

You will play a crucial role in executing sales strategies, attending industry events, and analyzing market trends to position Autogenics as a leader in its field. The role will require regular travel to meet clients and explore new business avenues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with organizational goals

• Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication and trust-building

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

• Prepare compelling business proposals and deliver persuasive sales presentations

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery

• Achieve revenue and growth targets within assigned regions or sectors

• Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

• Prior experience in business development, sales, or account management (especially B2B)

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to travel regularly as required

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and strategic in approach
