IBSTEC, a rapidly expanding healthcare company specializing in U.S. medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM), is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead its client acquisition strategy for the U.S. market.

As a key leader in our growth strategy, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients in the healthcare sector, with a focus on generating revenue through strategic partnerships and service promotion. The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial self-starter with proven expertise in U.S. medical billing services, a strong understanding of healthcare platforms, and exceptional communication skills.

This is a high-impact, on-site position designed for individuals looking to grow their leadership career in a fast-paced, internationally focused healthcare environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead U.S. client acquisition efforts for IBSTEC’s medical billing and RCM services

  • Formulate and implement sales and business development strategies

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and physician networks in the U.S.

  • Conduct meetings, client presentations, and product demos (virtually or in person as needed)

  • Represent the organization at key industry events, forums, and conferences

  • Collaborate with internal billing, onboarding, and support teams to ensure smooth client integration

  • Monitor sales pipelines, KPIs, and business development metrics for performance tracking

  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitive landscape in the U.S. healthcare billing space


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in U.S. medical billing, RCM, or healthcare BPO

  • In-depth knowledge of tools/platforms such as Kareo, Athenahealth, AdvancedMD, DrChrono, etc.

  • Demonstrated track record in closing sales and managing B2B healthcare client relationships

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and presentation capabilities

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of self-motivation and goal orientation

  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards (preferred)

  • Ability to work U.S. business hours (6 PM – 3 AM Pakistan Standard Time)
