Business Development Manager

Description:

Diligent Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join their growing team in a full-time, onsite capacity. This role is ideal for a professional with at least 4–5 years of experience in sales or business development, particularly within the tech or service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth through identifying new market opportunities and acquiring clients

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

• Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategy

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in business development or sales roles

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
