We are looking for a Business Development Manager to generate leads and close deals on a commission basis, with a basic salary available after proven progress in the first month.

Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new business opportunities in digital marketing, web development, and e-commerce.
Present and pitch our services to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close deals, earning commission on every project.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:
Experience in business development or sales, preferably in digital marketing or related services.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Shopify, and web development is a plus.
Self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales targets.
