• Represent Transparent Hands knowledgeably and promote our healthcare services.
• Develop and implement strategies for business growth and revenue enhancement.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Generate leads, build and maintain robust client relationships.
• Design and implement strategic plans to expand our organizational footprint.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of five years’ experience in business development, preferably in a corporate or NGO environment.
• Demonstrated track record of success across all phases of business development, from prospecting to closing.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to drive team performance.
• Flexibility to travel as needed.
