Job Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced Business Development Lead with strong expertise in sales, client acquisition, and deal closing. The ideal candidate will manage a small team, drive international business growth (especially in the USA market), and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Hunt and acquire new clients via email marketing, cold calling, and research-based outreach.
Leverage personal global client network to build a strong pipeline.
Lead deal negotiations and ensure smooth client onboarding.
Supervise and mentor Client Meeting Coordinators for consistent results.
Develop and execute strategies for market expansion and revenue growth.
Requirements:
Fluent English (spoken & written).
Existing global client connections.
Strong knowledge of recruitment agency operations.
Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and team leadership.
Understanding of USA and global markets.
