The ideal candidate has a verifiable track record of success using Upwork for project acquisition, leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator/Recruiter for highly targeted lead identification, and designing/executing personalized Cold Outreach campaigns (email, messaging). You must be an autonomous self-starter with excellent communication skills, capable of representing our brand and converting prospects into active clients consistently.
