Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months experience in the Patches/Apparel industry
• Good English communication skills (chat & calling)
• Client dealing experience
• Experience with ASI Central and CRM systems

Role Overview:

• Handle client communication via chat and calls
• Manage and follow up with leads and existing clients
• Maintain CRM records and client data
• Coordinate to close deals and achieve sales targets
