1. Optimize and manage our Upwork profile
2. Find and apply to relevant Upwork jobs
3. Write custom, high-converting proposals (no AI)
4. Use smart Upwork boosting strategies
5. Generate leads, communicate with clients, and close deals
6. Handover confirmed projects to the production team
🎯 Requirements
1. Proven experience on Upwork
2. Strong proposal writing & sales skills
3. Good understanding of Upwork algorithms & boosting
4. Excellent English communication
