• Generate quality leads from Upwork, LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram

• Identify opportunities in Graphic Design, Video Editing, Website Design & Development

• Understand client needs & create smart, relevant proposals

• Maintain proper tracking through CRM/Internal sheets

• Achieve realistic daily/weekly lead targets

• Coordinate with team for smooth project flow

• Experience in Lead Generation (Upwork preferred)
