We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team at Sintov. If you are passionate about sales, have strong communication skills, and excel in building client relationships, we want to hear from you!
💼 Job Responsibilities:
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B & B2C market
-Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and professional platforms
-Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients
-Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches
-Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
-Maintain CRM records and follow-up processes
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery
🎯 Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
-1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
-Strong communication & negotiation skills
-Knowledge of IT services/Software industry will be a plus
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented
