• Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  • Develop effective targeting and audience segmentation strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Reach out to potential leads generated from campaigns and convert them into customers.
  • Maintain strong client communication and follow-up to ensure conversions.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly performance and sales reports.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to growth strategies.
  • Suggest improvements in marketing funnels, landing pages, and conversion processes.
  Requirements
  • Proven experience in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, ClickUp, or similar) is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset — able to track data and make data-driven decisions.
