Our dynamic and growing team is now looking for a passionate Sales Executive to join our on-site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with international buyers, dealers, and distributors.
  • Handle B2B and B2C sales inquiries, quotations, and negotiations professionally.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring smooth transactions.
  • Identify new market opportunities and assist in business expansion.
  • Coordinate with logistics and documentation teams for timely vehicle shipment and delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a results-driven approach.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare performance reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales or customer service (preferably in the Japanese used car export industry).
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken); Japanese language skills will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Knowledge of international trade processes, export documentation, and vehicle sourcing is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment
