We specialize in B2B and B2C automotive trade, delivering reliability, transparency, and top-tier customer satisfaction. Our dynamic and growing team is now looking for a passionate Sales Executive to join our on-site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with international buyers, dealers, and distributors.
- Handle B2B and B2C sales inquiries, quotations, and negotiations professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring smooth transactions.
- Identify new market opportunities and assist in business expansion.
- Coordinate with logistics and documentation teams for timely vehicle shipment and delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a results-driven approach.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare performance reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales or customer service (preferably in the Japanese used car export industry).
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); Japanese language skills will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge of international trade processes, export documentation, and vehicle sourcing is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment
