📌 Key Responsibilities:
Bidding on projects via Upwork and other freelancing platforms
Writing high-converting proposals and follow-ups
Managing email outreach and LinkedIn lead generation
Building strong client relationships and closing international deals
Maintaining project progress using CRM tools, Trello, and Slack
🎓 Requirements:
•2–3 years of experience in Upwork bidding, lead generation, and client communication
Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
Strong negotiation skills and a proactive mindset
Familiarity with CRM systems, automation tools, and collaboration platforms
