We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Executive with 3–4 years of experience in IT sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation, international client communication (especially US/UK markets), and closing deals related to software services.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and Freelancer
• Engage and convert international clients (US/UK preferred)
• Conduct online meetings, demos, and proposal presentations
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver client-focused solutions
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records
