Description:

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (part-time) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for experience with strong sales skills who thrive in a flexible, performance-driven environment. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building customer relationships to drive revenue growth.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate new business leads through networking and referrals.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.
  • Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's or related field preferred.
  • 5 years experience preferred.
  • Proven sales experience of B2B, B2C, or direct clients preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a commission-only role.
  • Ability to work independently with management supervision.
  • Flexible schedule for those who seeking supplemental income.
