Synorise is actively seeking a Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team and work with clients in the US B2B market. Based in Lahore’s Township area, this role is ideal for professionals with a background in business development and excellent communication skills who are ready to thrive in the night shift.

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll lead the charge in cold calling, lead generation, and client communication—helping us build meaningful business relationships across the US. If you have a Civil Engineering background, that’s a big plus!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls and generate new leads

  • Build and nurture relationships with US-based clients

  • Manage sales pipeline and achieve growth targets

  • Maintain detailed client records and follow-ups

  • Communicate professionally via phone, email, and LinkedIn


Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in US B2B sales

  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)

  • Strong cold calling and client engagement abilities

  • Ambitious, confident, and goal-oriented mindset

  • Civil Engineering background is a bonus
