Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and strategic lead generation methods.
🔹 Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring long-term collaborations.
🔹 Conduct market research to understand emerging industry trends, evolving customer needs, and competitive landscape.
🔹 Develop and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals tailored to each client's requirements.
🔹 Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and effective execution of projects and business deals.
🔹 Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s revenue growth.
🔹 Analyze and project profitability for each client, helping to determine competitive pricing strategies.
🔹 Stay updated on market dynamics, competitor strategies, and industry innovations.
🔹 Maintain accurate sales records and track project progress through proper documentation.
🔹 Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine business strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
✅ Strong interpersonal skills with a natural flair for negotiation and relationship building.
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling pitches.
✅ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
✅ Strong project management capabilities to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
✅ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
✅ Sharp analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
