B2B Apparel / Knitwear Manufacturing | Karachi

Are you a genuine new-business hunter?

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to help grow the B2B client base of a knitwear CMT manufacturing business in Karachi.
This is not a relationship-maintenance role. We need someone who can identify prospects, open doors, pitch manufacturing capabilities, negotiate with buyers and convert opportunities into orders.

What you'll be doing
* Identify and develop new B2B accounts
* Approach apparel brands, retailers, buyers and businesses requiring knitwear manufacturing
* Generate and qualify leads
* Present the company's CMT/manufacturing capabilities
* Negotiate commercial terms and close new orders
* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
* Develop repeat business from acquired accounts

What we're looking for
* Proven B2B sales/business development experience
* Apparel, textile, garments or manufacturing experience is highly preferred
* Strong prospecting and client-acquisition skills
* Confident communication and negotiation ability
* A demonstrable record of winning new business
* Self-driven, target-oriented and commercially minded

What we offer
PKR 50,000–100,000/month base salary
+ UNCAPPED COMMISSION

Commission: 2% of collected order value OR PKR 20,000 on a new client's first order _(whichever applies under the agreed commission structure).
