📍 Location: SMCHS (Onsite)
🕒 Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
📌 Experience: Minimum 2–3 Years

🔹 What We're Looking For:
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development
✔ Hands-on experience with Upwork and a strong understanding of how the platform works
✔ Ability to write custom proposals tailored to client requirements (mandatory)
✔ Understanding of profile optimization, connects strategy, boosting profile visibility, and maintaining Upwork performance metrics
✔ Basic knowledge of CMS, Website Design & Development services (mandatory)
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
✔ Target-driven mindset with the ability to achieve monthly revenue targets of $1,500–$2,000

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork and other freelancing platforms
• Write customized proposals based on client requirements
• Build and maintain relationships with international clients
• Conduct follow-ups and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Consistently achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
