Sterlings Tech is hiring a Business Development Executive – AI Call Center Solutions to promote its AI-powered call center solutions.

Job Details:
• Location: Islamabad (On-site + Field Visits)
• Shift: Evening / Night

Key Responsibilities:
• Visit call centers and meet decision-makers, including CEOs and Managers
• Present and demonstrate AI-powered Call Center Bot solutions
• Generate leads and close sales opportunities
• Run and manage Facebook and Google Ads campaigns
• Build strong client relationships and understand business requirements
• Prepare proposals and deliver sales presentations
• Work flexible evening and night shifts as required

Requirements:
• Strong English communication and persuasion skills
• Confidence in face-to-face client meetings
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and paid advertising
• Sales-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently
