Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Retail Expansion
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Experience in merchant acquisition, field sales, and team supervision preferred
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
• Proficiency in MS Office with strong reporting and analytical skills
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive business development and merchant acquisition initiatives
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify new market opportunities and support retail expansion
• Analyze market trends and prepare reports
• Coordinate with internal teams to achieve business growth targets
