Business Development Executive

This is an outbound sales role for professionals who enjoy prospecting, cold outreach, and building new business opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out through multiple channels, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling meetings for our Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and build targeted prospect lists using platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and other lead generation tools.
• Research companies and key decision-makers across target industries.
• Execute personalized cold outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other outbound channels.
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with potential clients.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and update all prospect interactions.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
• Continuously optimize outreach strategies to improve response and conversion rates.

Performance Expectations (KPIs)

Success in this role is measured by consistent outbound activity and meeting generation.

Daily Target

• Book a minimum of 4 qualified meetings per day.

Monthly Target

• Deliver 88 confirmed qualified meetings per month.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Outbound Sales, SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales.
• Hands-on experience with Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar prospecting platforms.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent objection handling and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable making cold calls and conducting outbound outreach.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
