• Actively bid on projects across Upwork, Toptal, Guru, and PeoplePerHour

• Generate leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, and other B2B channels

• Write winning proposals and convert prospects into clients

• Manage the complete sales cycle from outreach to closing

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Identify new business opportunities in tech and digital services

• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve growth targets

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• Proven experience in Business Development or B2B Sales

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of Blockchain or Web3 is a plus
