Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research and outreach.
- Conduct cold calling and prospecting activities to engage potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
- Execute effective lead generation strategies to create a healthy sales pipeline.
- Manage client outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and business development targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and client outreach.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or a related field is preferred.
