Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through research and outreach.
  • Conduct cold calling and prospecting activities to engage potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
  • Execute effective lead generation strategies to create a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Manage client outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and business development targets.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and client outreach.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Prior experience in business development, sales, or a related field is preferred.
