We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across our full range of services — both locally in Pakistan and in international markets, with a focus on Exhibition & Tradeshow sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

───────────────────────────

• Generate and qualify leads across all 10 verticals

• Build and manage a robust B2B sales pipeline

• Develop tailored proposals and lead client pitches end-to-end

• Represent 303 at industry events, expos, and networking forums

• Build long-term client relationships and identify upsell opportunities

• Collaborate with internal creative and production teams to scope deliverables

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

───────────────────────────

• 1–2 years of B2B sales experience in media, events, or related industries

• Strong existing network across corporate, FMCG, retail, or exhibition sectors — locally and internationally

• Proven track record of pipeline building and deal closing

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with a multi-service offering

• Experience in Exhibition & Tradeshow sales is a strong advantage
