We are expanding our business development team and hiring a motivated professional to generate qualified opportunities and build long-term client relationships.

 

ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are hiring a Business Development Executive with proven experience in B2B outreach, lead generation, and client acquisition—ideally selling or representing IT services, software development, or related technical offerings.

 

You will identify prospective clients, start substantive business conversations, position our services with credibility, and book qualified discovery meetings that feed our sales pipeline.

 

This is NOT a bulk-outreach or spam role. We want someone who favors strategy over volume, personalization over templates, and relationships over mass messaging.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research organizations that may need software development, AI solutions, data engineering, cloud migrations, automation, or technical staffing support

• Identify and engage relevant decision-makers (e.g., CTOs, CEOs, founders, IT leaders, operations leaders)

• Run targeted outreach via LinkedIn, cold email, and relevant platforms including Upwork, Fiverr, and similar bidding/marketplaces where appropriate

• Write tailored messages and proposals; manage professional follow-up

• Schedule qualified discovery meetings with prospective clients

• Prepare weekly outreach and performance reporting

• Partner with internal technical teams so offerings align with client needs

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Solid experience in business development, B2B sales, SDR/lead generation, IT services sales, or platform bidding (e.g., Upwork,)

• Strong English, Written and verbal

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold email, proposals, and professional prospect engagement

• Ability to uncover pain points and articulate technical solutions clearly

• Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working toward measurable goals
