Business Development Executive

Description:

A Business Development Executive is required to support outreach and meeting coordination for leadership training programs with companies, universities, and schools across Pakistan.

The role is focused on contacting organizations, introducing training programs, and setting up meetings.

This position offers the opportunity to work directly with an international leadership development consultant on corporate, academic, and social impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and contact companies, universities, and schools (via calls, email, and LinkedIn)
• Introduce training programs in a clear and professional manner
• Schedule meetings with relevant decision-makers
• Follow up with contacts and maintain communication
• Keep a structured record of all leads, responses, and meetings

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, outreach, or similar roles
• Good English communication (spoken and written)
• Confidence in speaking with professionals (HR, management, academic staff)
• Organized, consistent, and responsible
• Preferred (Optional)Experience in corporate, education, or training sector
• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and email communication
• Basic Canva or presentation skills (for minor support tasks only)
