What you’ll do
Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, freelance platforms, and other channels
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
Conduct discovery calls and present tailored solutions to clients
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to signed agreement
Build long-term client relationships and drive repeat business
Keep CRM records updated and share weekly/monthly sales reports
What we’re looking for
2–3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or a client-facing role
Strong English communication skills
Excellent negotiation and closing ability
Experience selling software, IT, or digital services is a big plus
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms
