Business Development Executive

 

Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result oriented Business Development Executive to manage international sales in the Caribbean region. The ideal candidate must have prior hands on experience in Japanese used car exports and a proven track record of handling Caribbean market clients. Candidates without relevant automobile export experience will not be considered.

The role involves direct communication with international customers, responding to inquiries, closing deals, and maintaining long term client relationships related to Japanese vehicle exports.

 

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Japanese car sales
  • Proven sales experience in the Caribbean market (Jamaica, Bahamas, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of bidding, auction sheets, grading systems, pricing, and export documentation
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Confident, responsible, and self motivated personality
  • Comfortable working evening shifts (06:00 PM – 02:00 AM)

 

Note: Candidates from other sales industries (real estate, software, textile, etc.) will not be shortlisted.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle international customer inquiries related to Japanese vehicles
  • Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Caribbean clients
  • Provide accurate vehicle details, pricing, and shipment information
  • Follow up with customers and ensure timely deal closures
  • Maintain proper sales records and update reports
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing
  • Ensure professional communication as per company standards
