We’re Hiring: Business Development Associate (Freelance Platforms & Outreach)

Softations is a growing software development company delivering high-quality web and mobile solutions to global clients. We’re expanding our team and looking for a Business Development Associate who can generate leads through freelancing platforms and proactive outreach on LinkedIn and other social channels.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects via Upwork, Fiverr, and similar platforms
• Find potential clients through LinkedIn and other professional/social channels
• Send cold messages and outreach emails in a professional and personalized manner
• Communicate confidently with international clients
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team
• Convert qualified leads into long-term clients
• Support monthly and quarterly business growth targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.)
• Ability to generate leads via LinkedIn outreach, cold messaging, and email outreach
• Basic understanding of software development services (Web, Mobile, SaaS)
• Strong written communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, consistent, and results-oriented mindset
