We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Associate to help us grow our client base through freelancing platforms, email campaigns, and direct outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities via Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.
- Craft effective proposals and bids tailored to client requirements on freelance platforms.
- Run targeted email marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture prospects.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Understand client needs and present tailored software and digital solutions.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other business development materials.
- Maintain CRM tools and track outreach performance and lead conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and new potential markets.
- Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and sales goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in business development or sales (preferably in IT).
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr, and email marketing tools is a must.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
