We’re looking for an experienced Upwork Bidding Specialist who can consistently secure high-value projects and communicate confidently with international clients. If you know how to write winning proposals, handle client calls, negotiate deals, and meet monthly targets — this role is for you.
Requirements:
✔ 4–5 years Upwork bidding experience
✔ Excellent English (chat + voice)
✔ Strong communication & negotiation skills
✔ Must know Upwork strategies & IT services
