Business Developer & Closer

 

Description:

We are looking for a Business Developer & Closer who is skilled at converting leads into paying clients. You’ll work closely with our Senior Upwork Bidder and marketing team — taking warm leads, handling chats, attending calls, negotiating, and successfully closing deals.

You must be comfortable working across freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr) as well as inbound leads from LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.

This role requires strong sales communication, negotiation skills, and confidence in explaining our services.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage the lead-to-close process for all incoming opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Senior Upwork Bidder to handle responses, proposals, and booked meetings.
  • Engage in Fiverr chats and convert inquiries into projects.
  • Handle social media leads (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) passed by the Brand Manager.
  • Conduct discovery calls, requirement gathering, and sales presentations with clients.
  • Negotiate proposals, close deals, and hand over to the delivery team.
  • Maintain CRM/tracking sheet of leads, calls, and deals with follow-up reminders.
  • Share weekly and monthly revenue reports with management.

 

Requirements

 

  • 2–3 years of experience in business development, client communication, or sales closing.
  • Prior experience with freelance platforms (Upwork/Fiverr) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both spoken & written).
  • Strong understanding of digital agency services:
  • Web Development
  • CMS (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow)
  • UI/UX Design
  • SEO/Digital Marketing
  • Confident in negotiation, objection handling, and deal structuring.
  • Comfortable working night shifts to align with US/EU clients.
