Description:

We’re hiring a high-energy Business Developer on a project-basis. No base salary—earn attractive commissions by maturing qualified leads into closed deals. Fully remote with flexibility around Canadian time zones.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect, qualify, and close clients in Pakistan, Canada, Europe, USA, and worldwide.
  • Run discovery calls, scope needs, and collaborate on proposals/SOWs.
  • Build pipeline in CRM and maintain accurate forecasts.
  • Coordinate smooth handoffs to delivery teams and support upsell/cross-sell.
  • Represent Techylem professionally via calls, email, LinkedIn, and partner channels.

Brand Identity, UI/UX Design, Social Media Marketing, Website Design & Development, E‑Commerce, SEO/SEM (PPC), Email Marketing, Custom CMS, Graphic Design, Recruitment Services, Product Photography, Campaign Management & Design.

Who You Are

  • Proven B2B sales experience in digital/tech/marketing services.
  • Strong grasp of web, UI/UX, SEO/PPC, and creative service value propositions.
  • Excellent English; regional language skills for Pakistan/Europe are a plus.
  • Self-starter with solid outbound methods (LinkedIn, cold email, partnerships, channel resellers).
  • Comfortable working remotely and syncing with Canadian business hours.
  • Bonus: Existing network in Pakistan, North America, or Europe.
