An established creative and technology agency is looking for a Business Acquisition Specialist to help us scale our project pipeline through freelance platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and others. This role is ideal for someone who understands the freelance ecosystem, knows how to win high-value clients, and can represent our work professionally while working under a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
You will have access to our proven portfolio of projects across various domains and collaborate closely with our internal teams to craft powerful, tailored proposals that reflect our capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and bid on relevant projects daily across platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr
- Write concise, high-converting, customized proposals tailored to each client’s brief
- Initiate and maintain professional communication with potential clients
- Understand and present our full service suite based on the client’s needs
- Coordinate internally with project managers, developers, and designers to align proposals
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of proven experience in freelance bidding or sales roles (Newbies are also welcome)
- Excellent written and spoken English communication
- Strong understanding of tech and creative services: web/app development, design, marketing, and AI
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and close deals under minimal supervision
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- Familiarity with Notion, Trello, Asana, or similar productivity tools
- Experience closing high-ticket projects on freelance marketplaces
- Understanding of trends in SaaS, AI tools, and startup environments
