Mars TechTier is hiring an ambitious, highly motivated Logo Sales & Digital Upsell Specialist to join our team in Clifton, Karachi. We are specifically looking for fresh talent or hungry professionals with less than 1 year of experience who want to be mentored into elite closers. If you are tech-savvy, eager to learn, and motivated by high commissions, this is your launchpad.

• Experience Level: Under 1 year of experience. Fresh graduates with elite communication are welcome!
• Location & Shift: In-office at Clifton, Karachi. Fixed Night Shift (Monday – Friday).
• Weekend Availability: Must be able to handle ad-hoc inbound chats on weekends as US leads come in. Weekend work is directly incentivized and highly rewarded.
• Communication: Flawless, fluent spoken and written English (dealing exclusively with the US Market).
• Core Task: Handling inbound chat leads from Meta ads, closing logo sales, and using AI tools to quickly generate concept drafts based on customer briefs.
• The Money Maker: You must be highly ambitious. We will mentor you, but you must have the drive to upsell and cross-sell brand kits, custom websites, and other digital products.

What You’ll Be Doing & What We Offer:

At Mars TechTier, you will handle warm incoming chats from US business owners looking for logos. We will teach you how to use cutting-edge AI tools to turn a customer's business details into instant visual logo prompts to help close the deal on the spot. However, a logo is just the foot in the door—your main goal is to pitch and cross-sell high-value upgrades like Full Brand Kits and Web Design.
