Branch Manager

Description:

IAUK Study Abroad Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 to oversee operations at our Multan branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, leading the team, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving the growth of the branch.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

- Oversee branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.

- Develop strategies to achieve sales and operational targets.

- Maintain excellent client relationships and provide top-notch consultancy services.

- Manage and guide the team to achieve individual and collective goals.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

- Proven experience in a managerial role(Min. 2 years) preferably in a consultancy or similar industry.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to meet targets and deliver results.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
