Backend Support Executive

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Backend Support Executive located in Karāchi. In this role, you will support US-based physicians via Google Meet by reviewing patient records across EHR systems, preparing clinical notes, monitoring vitals, and escalating critical findings in real-time.

🩺 KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical data.

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

close attention to detail in time-sensitive environments.

Familiarity with EHR systems and Google Workspace is a plus
