Role-Specific Expectations

 

• Lead Backend Developer

Expertise in Go and Python. Build secure, scalable microservices. Strong grasp of architecture patterns and distributed systems.

 

• Lead ML/DL Engineer

Experience in Scikit-learn, PyTorch, and end-to-end ML pipelines. Bonus if you know RL and can handle real-world, multi-modal datasets.

 

• Lead AI LLM Engineer

Deep understanding of LLMs (especially LLAMA family), fine-tuning, inference optimization, embeddings, and prompt engineering.

 

• Lead Cloud DevSecOps Engineer

Deploy scalable cloud systems (K8s, GitOps, Terraform, security best practices). Maintain automated CI/CD pipelines and S3-native architectures.

 

• Lead Growth Hacker (SaaS)

Proven SaaS marketing skills. Know how to build traction through carousels, videos, blog articles, Lemlist, podcasts, and execute strategy across funnels. Experience with B2B, developer-focused platforms is a plus.

 

• Frontend Developer (React + Three.js)

Strong skills in React, Redux, and Three.js/WebGL for rendering 3D objects, UI state management, and real-time interactions.

Familiar with frontend security, performance optimization, and integrating REST/GraphQL APIs.

Experience in 3D design or simulation interfaces is a major advantage.

 

• Lead Architect

High-level ownership of architecture decisions, service decomposition, and system scalability.

Experience with:

Microservices architecture & system orchestration

Managing agile teams, scrum, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization

Driving delivery of complex AI/SaaS platforms across cross-functional teams

Working closely with product and engineering leads
