Description:

We’re now expanding our Sales & Marketing team and looking for a dynamic B2B Lead Generation Executive who can help us grow our client base across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential B2B clients across relevant industries.
  • Execute outbound lead generation campaigns (Email, LinkedIn, Calls).
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM records accurately.
  • Track and report weekly/monthly lead generation metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach campaigns.

Must-Haves

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Basic understanding of email marketing and automation tools.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in agency, sourcing, or logistics industries.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
  • Confidence in cold calling and social media prospecting.
