CarAdvisers is hiring a field-focused Automotive Journalist & Video Content Creator who can confidently report, present, shoot, and produce high-quality automotive content across digital platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who understands Pakistan’s automotive industry, enjoys on-ground reporting, and knows how to create engaging automotive content that performs on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

This is a 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 within a lean and fast-growing automotive media platform. We are looking for someone who can independently execute ideas, manage shoots, present confidently on camera, and contribute toward audience growth and platform expansion.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Present automotive reviews, comparisons, explainers, and industry news

• Conduct field reporting and real-time automotive coverage

• Create engaging short-form and long-form video content

• Cover launches, events, inspections, dealership activities, and automotive trends

• Shoot content using DSLR or mobile setups with proper framing, lighting, and audio

• Edit and finalize videos using Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, InShot, or similar tools

• Create platform-specific content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn

• Develop strong hooks, storytelling formats, thumbnails, and retention-focused content

• Manage YouTube publishing workflows, including titles, optimization, and packaging

• Coordinate with marketing and editorial teams for content direction and campaigns

• Build relationships with dealerships, PR agencies, brands, workshops, and partners

• Support collaborations, outreach campaigns, and automotive media partnerships

 

 

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲

• 2–3 years of experience in automotive journalism, automotive media, or video content creation

• Strong on-camera communication skills in Urdu and English

• Practical understanding of Pakistan’s automotive market and audience behavior

• Experience with field shoots, event coverage, and fast-paced content production

• Hands-on experience with video editing and social media publishing workflows

• Understanding of audience growth strategies and platform optimization

• Ability to work independently under tight timelines
