SRDW is seeking a mid-level professional (BSc Civil / Arch Eng) to support project delivery across high-end residential and corporate assignments.
The role involves site coordination, vendor management, bid evaluations, billing review, and project scheduling.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Project, along with a sound understanding of MEP and HVAC systems, is required.
Minimum 3 years of experience — preferably in high-end residential, corporate, retail, or architect-led projects — will be an advantage.

This is an office-based role with active site involvement.
