Assistant Production Manager

Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager – Production to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in production management with hands-on experience in FMCG or cosmetic/pharma manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring production activities.
• Ensure production targets are achieved in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Support implementation of quality control procedures.
• Supervise, guide, and train production staff.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor production data, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Enforce compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize ERP/SAP systems for production planning and reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Production Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in production (FMCG or cosmetic/pharma preferred).
• Good knowledge of production processes, planning, and quality standards.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems will be an added advantage.
