Peridot Products (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a proactive, full-time Assistant Manager Sales Operations in Karachi to streamline our sales functions and drive efficiency.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
The candidate will supervise Primary Sales Operations, manage order processing, and handle dispatch coordination. This role requires managing nationwide coordination with Sales, Accounts, Supply Chain, and Distributors, alongside enforcing pricing policies, trade schemes, and MOQ compliance. You will also monitor sales KPIs, support analytical decision-making, and lead automation initiatives using Microsoft 365 tools.
🔹 Requirements & Skills
We require a Bachelor's degree with 1 to 3 years of Sales Operations experience, preferably in the FMCG or Pharmaceutical sectors. Candidates must have a strong command of Excel, ERPs, and reporting systems. Prior experience in distributor management, team coordination, and hands-on exposure to SharePoint or Microsoft Lists is highly preferred.
