Quality & Compliance: Ensure all formulations strictly adhere to quality, safety, and international regulatory standards.
Technical Leadership: Manage the end-to-end R&D process from initial concept to finalized seasoning formulation.
Professional Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science & Technology.
Experience: 4–5 years of dedicated experience in seasoning development within the food industry.
Technical Skills: Exceptional mastery of sensory evaluation and product matching techniques.
Knowledge Base: Comprehensive understanding of food safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
