We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Assistant Manager Costing – Factory who is passionate about manufacturing finance and eager to make a real impact at the factory level. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working close to operations, translating data into insights, and strengthening financial controls in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Review Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure accuracy and alignment with actual production processes and shop-floor realities.
* Analyze cost-center-wise OPEX and CAPEX to ensure correct classification, transparency, and meaningful cost visibility.
* Review factory payroll costs, including overtime and indirect labor, ensuring accurate allocation to relevant cost centers.
* Monitor and review Repair & Maintenance (R&M) expenses for machinery and factory facilities to support cost efficiency.
* Reconcile system-recorded material consumption with physical production and inventory records to ensure data integrity.
* Assist in CAPEX initiatives, including preparation and evaluation of financial feasibility studies for new and ongoing projects.
* Support management through cost analysis, variance reporting, and actionable insights to drive efficiency and performance improvements.

Requirements:
* CMA (Part Qualified) and/or equivalent HEC-recognized degree in Accounting or Finance.
* 3–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or factory costing roles.
* Strong hands-on exposure to plant-based financial operations and close coordination with production teams.
* Advanced, hands-on expertise in Excel, Power BI, and Power Query.
