Ar Executive Medical Billing

We are looking for a detail-oriented AR - Era Denial Posting Specialist to join our Medical Billing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for posting ERAs, working denials, and following up to ensure maximum reimbursement and clean AR

.Key Responsibilities

ERA Posting: Download, post, and reconcile Electronic Remittance Advices in the billing system accurately and on time

Denial Management: Review denial codes, identify root causes, and post adjustments/write-offs as per payer guidelines

AR Follow-up: Work assigned AR buckets, call payers, and submit appeals/reconsiderations for denied claims

Payment Posting: Post insurance payments, patient payments, and secondary payments accurately

Reporting: Maintain daily productivity logs and denial trend reports

Compliance: Ensure HIPAA compliance and follow company SOPs for billing and collections

Coordination: Work closely with Billing, Coding, and Client teams to resolve issues

Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in US Medical Billing, specifically in ERA Posting & Denial Management

Knowledge: Strong understanding of ERA/EOB, denial codes, CPT, ICD-10, and payer guidelines

Software: Hands-on experience with billing software like Kareo, DrChrono, Athena, Office Ally, or similar

Skills: Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and good communication skills

Education: Bachelor’s preferred. Medical billing certification is a plus
